Can you provide support to our Transport Services Unit, telephoning clients to confirm their pickups for the next day, taking telephone inquiries and making transport bookings? About the role We need you to help perform general clerical tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry. You will assist with, and maintain accurate client records and provide assistance to trip schedulers. Disability support available Centrelink approved. Requirements

• A patient and professional approach when dealing with clients, particularly those who may have hearing or language difficulties;
• Good interpersonal skills and must maintain confidentiality.
• The work will be in a team and/or alone with minimal supervision.
• COVID vaccine and Police Check required.
