It Community Services Gold Coast http://www.coasit.asn.au/ VGC Member DescriptionCo.As.It. is a charitable organisation providing high quality support services for more than 40 years to enable people to remain living independently at home. Since 1978 Co.As.It. Community Services has been offering services to the general community as well as people of CALD (culturally and linguistically diverse) background. Funded services are available under the Home Care Packages (HCP) program, the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and through the NDIS scheme. Co.As.It. also offers private services which are very reasonable priced such as social support, personal care, shopping, cleaning, in-home respite, transport and other assistance services. Every weekday Co.As.It. operates a Social Group Activity centre in Clear Island Waters to provide a wide range of social and recreational activities to its clients.
