How do I know what support is available?

Your account manager will discuss opportunities with you to ensure you are receiving the right type of support and assistance.

We will identify areas that your organisation may benefit from having volunteer assistance or executive volunteering, and recruit accordingly. Our dedicated member service team is available to support you in any way that we can.

Will my annual subscription automatically continue?

Yes. Your 12 month subscription starts from the day you have signed up and paid. It can be purchased easily online to save you time and effort and can automatically roll over each year.

Do you offer training and workshops?

Our ability to offer training has been significantly impacted by COVID-19. We are working on innovative ways to bring you training going forward. In the meantime, if there is an interest in training, we will plan to run small group training sessions on the topics below:

  • CPR & First Aid
  • Motivating & Managing Volunteers
  • Social Media & Content Creation
  • Mental Health Awareness
