Cancer Treatment Transportation Assistance

We have partnered with the Gold Coast Hospital Foundation to provide an oncology transport for cancer patients. This invaluable community service enables patients to attend scheduled appointments without the burden or stress of figuring out how to get there.

Volunteering Gold Coast Transport Services provide a reliable, professional cancer treatment transport to the Gold Coast University Hospital, Robina Hospital, Gold Coast Private Hospital and ICON. There are three vehicles running from 6.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

NDIS Transport

Community transport is a key enabler of participation and inclusion for people living with a disability. As an NDIS Transport provider, Volunteering Gold Coast has developed innovative transport services to meet the needs and preferences of people with a disability.

How we approach disability transport

  • A large fleet of vehicles, from sedans to 12-seat buses
  • Customisations to include wheelchair accessibility and ease of access (including service animals)
  • Door-to-door pickup, not just curb-to-curb
  • Trained and professional drivers with full security screening
  • A centralised bookings and scheduling team to make sure that your transport is well organised and dependable
